| i don't think the flares accentuate anything excpet that they makes girls look bowlegged (sp?) and I've seen some really gross ass cracks in class and what not.
it's likely a case of them making clothes that only supermodels should wear, but even they looks stupid in the really flared pants.
I'm sure Miakal has some excellant opinions on this though.
