I love Superman but I've never been able to get into Smallville, the first season or so anyway an episode would always end with Clark and Lana staring at each other while the latest TRL "hit" played in the background, granted I only watched a handfull of episodes but it seemed more like Dawson's Creek than Superman. Marsters joining the cast has me intrigued though given the amazing work he did on Buffy and Angel. I guess its time to give Smallville another shot.

Still, I have to say I'm much more excited to actually hear the WB's president state that he wants to produce a Spike movie, now if only Joss can pull himself away from Serenity and Wonder Woman for a couple months...
