I dont know I think you have to be pretty athletic. Driving for that period of time at over 200 miles per hour, taking sharp turns, and the heat of inside the car must add up to something. I mean I'm sure if a fat person tried to they'd get exhausted in about 20 laps.

I agree it takes good reflexes, and being able to drive, but there seems to be more to it...
