| To follow-up on what we reported earlier, Dustin Rhodes was arrested on Sunday and charged with misdemeanor battery after a fight with his girlfriend.
Rhodes went to court yesterday and was ordered to stay away from his girlfriend, stop the use of alcohol or narcotics, and maintain a separate residence.
We're told someone posted bond for him at $1,000 and he was able to get released.
Rhodes was not at the tapings yesterday but several sources have noted his girlfriend was there.
