hahahaha...it's the longest current streak, but certainly not an MLB record.

I also think the Red Sox should have kept Cabrera. I think he was very important to the team's run last year, and I just think it was a mistake to let so many pivotal players go (Pedro, Cabrera, Dave Roberts, Mientkiewicz, Lowe). Lowe and Mientkiewicz were dying to get out, Roberts wanted a chance to start, and Pedro couldnt resist the money he was offered by the Mets, but they could have easily kept Cabrera. Renteria is good, but I think Cabrera is just as good, and cheaper

Nomar, when healthy, is right up there with Jeter and Tejada.
