I think the AL will go exactly the same way as last year up until the ALCS. Honestly, each of the last two ALCS's could have gone either way, and the Yanks and Red Sox are both so good, it's hard for me to say with any certainty who will win. So my Yankee fan bias will have the Yankees taking this year's ALCS

NL East: Braves (until someone dethrones them, I'm just gonna keep picking them)
NL Central: Chicago Cubs
NL West: San Diego Padres (this is my "out on a limb" pick)
NL Wild Card: (St Louis)

Division Series:
St Louis over Atlanta
Chicago over San Diego

LCS: Chicago over St Louis

World Series: Yankees/Red Sox over Cubs

AL MVP: Vladdy Daddy, again
NL MVP: Albert Pujols
AL Cy Young: Johan Santana
NL Cy Young: Mark Prior
