That's right baby, the Junior Yankees are trying to buy a title. Too bad we hand the ball the Brandon Looper to close out our games.

But seriously, if any team has made the push to be great in 2005, it has to be the Mets - Pedro, Beltran, and now an offer to Delgado - it might not work, but it'll sure be a fun team to watch, especially since the Mets still have some good prospects in the minors and a decent infield nucleus with Reyes, Phillips and Matsui. Now if we could only dump Piazza on some poor AL team.
