| Well first of all i tink that text you used was not meant to be made that big, as it has become pixelated. Secondly you can stroke your text by Alpha to selectioning it then create a transparent layer under you it, and while on the transparent layer go to edit>stroke, and give it a 1 pixel stroke. And thirdly, you can add a gradient to your text by Alpha to Selectioning it and using the gradient tool, add a gradient with the colours of your choice.
