Right now, on WWE's website, they have the following poll question:

Who do you think will win the Intercontinental Championship Match at Survivor Series?

At last check, Benjamin had 82% of the vote. The thing I'm wondering is what purpose does this and similar polls serve for WWE? Do they book the match based on what most people expect to happen? In other words, since most people are expecting Shelton to retain, will WWE have Christian win in an attempt to surprise everyone?
