The NL MVP

Lately I've heard a lot of talk about how Adrien Beltre should be the NL MVP. I would just like to say that anyone that thinks it should be anyone besides Barry Bonds is clinically retarded.

Adrien Beltre has had 580 ABs so far this year. Here's the year Bonds could have done with that many ABs.

BA: .372 (Todd Helton is second at .345)
HR: 71
RBI: 162

Bonds On Base Percentage: .615
Todd Helton is second at .467

Bonds Slugging Percentage: .837
Jim Edmonds is Second at .658

Bonds OPS: 1.450
Second is Todd Helton at 1.090

Nobody can even come close to Bonds' numbers. If anyone other than him wins it will be a complete joke.
