I don't think the Cardinals are goint to make it. I don't think they have the starting pitching to win the short series. I think the Giants match up with them well and could knock them out, and the Cubs to a lesser extent. Both those teams score plenty of runs but have better starting pitching.

Atlanta has been playing awesome, but they always seem to find some way to lose in the playoffs.

The Dodgers are playing their worst ball of the season, and they're obviously doing it at the worst time. They would be carrying zero momentum into the playoffs.

I like the Cubs or the Giants myself, and hometown bias is going to make me pick the Giants.

In the AL, I'm going to have to go with the Yankees. The A's are perrennial post-season chokers and are not playing very well right now. The Twins just aren't that impressive of a team. Anaheim isn't built very well for the post season. The Red Sox have all the components to knock off the Yankees, but I'm betting that the curse lives on.
