In the AL, Vlad Guerrero has had an incredible year. Definitely an MVP candidate

Not to sound too biased, but i think Sheffield is the MVP. Basically, if you take Manny or Ortiz out of the Red Sox line-up, it wouldnt have that bad an effect on the team, because you have the other one to pick up the slack. But there was a period of time when Sheffield WAS the Yankees offense.

I wouldnt be too upset if he lost to Manny though. Ramirez has had a sick year
