| Actually President Bush is the first person Putin would want to go to because he'll have needed help from Delta specialists in how to raid the building. Russian Spetnaz forces aren't the best at military planning. Also Putin needs American backing on this because hes gonna need military and verbal support when he goes after the rebels in Checyna.

Oh great, there goes the whold damn building. Bush prolly told him to fly in a plan to target the school and then later say they were only targeting the terrorists and sometimes innocent people get killed. Also,they suspected Weapons of mass destruction.
