| I think it would be a bad thing. Scott Steiner has proved to be a bad investment for WWE. He was put in a main event program with HHH and was buried for good reason; he sucked in the ring. His matches were criminal to be put on a WWE PPV card, let alone a main event. It amazed me when WWE did actually sign him because although he was a name wrestler and everyone recognised him and he got popped the shit out of when he debuted at Survivor Series of 2002, he wasnt 100% healthy (I know ur gonna say no wrestler ever is, but he was known to have a foot problem that limited his mobility in the ring) and every report of his matches with WWA that I had read said they all sucked. He's a very special heel though, doesnt work for me as a face, and I think they should have booked him as a heel from the moment he stepped into a ring, maybe that would have covered for some of his deficiencies in there, but actual in-ring performance is certifiable wrestle-crap in a main event environment. |
