| I think there is now a way where they can skip the entire appeals process if they want to die ASAP. But even if they skip the appeals process, it takes 6 or 7 years from when the sentence is handed down until the actual execution. I'm for the death penalty. If I were in the convicts shoes, I'd be begging for the death penalty. I wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life in prison. That could be 50 or 60 years. |
