| When I started throwing in those, "Well actually," lines, it was meant to be a one-off. But after the first review, I received around a dozen e-mails from readers raving about the comments. So I've kept doing them. I suppose if majority vote is against them, I'll eventually stop. But in the meantime, I think it's somewhat appropriate to throw in some humour/sarcasm whenever it's warranted.
On a side note, I will never, ever do rhetorical questions on a weekly basis. I think it's Dave Scherer that you're referring to. I prefer to have my own style, and because I don't have a weekly Raw reporter who does the straight results, I have to mix in my own comments with details from the show. |
