To have a tournament work, and actually mean something, it can't be rushed. And , since WWE seems to slways be up against some sort of imaginary deadline that they impose on themselves, any kind of tournament would be rushed through. Can't waste time on something as unimportant as the tag titles when there's Backstage Wackiness with HHH and Orton waiting!
