Hate to mention another Triple H one, but lets be honest most of the worst in recent memory are down to him...
Triple H over Jeff Hardy - No Mercy 2008
You have the most over guy in the company after Cena going after the gold against somebody who had held the title since Backlash and had a pretty fucking boring dominant reign on Smackdown. Jeff is made to look pretty bad in the match, especially with the finish. Triple H basically no sold Jeff's finisher to pin him and retain the title. I know people who hate Hardy, and they were marking out when he hit the Swanton. Even haters wanted Jeff to win just to see something new, but guess what, Triple H wants again ruins everything by retaining. At the next PPV, he defeats Hardy one on one AGAIN, only for Hardy to win the title without pinning Triple H at Armageddon, obviously not looking like the best on the brand, with an Edge reign sandwiched in between for the sole reason that Triple H didn't have to put anybody over that way.
PLEASE RETIRE *clap, clap, clap clap clap*
