Re: Ch Ch Ch Ch...Ha Ha Ha Ha - Reviewing the Friday the 13th Series

I thought Gibb's boyfriends death was the best. First he gets stabbed multiple times, then folded up in a bed.
I suppose I just had some issues with the realism with that death. Although, thinking about realism in a horror movie is pretty pointless to do. However, the gabbed is stabbed a few times, CGI bed fold up which really made me miss Kevin Bacon's death scene and followed up by the insane amount of blood. From the bed to the bathroom, I'll guess it's maybe six feet. So how can there be a large puddle of blood forming under the bathroom door from six feet away? I'm guessing the only way to do this is to break open several arteries. With several knife wounds and being folded up, it's possible. However, if that would of happened, I would assume blood would be all over the place. Yet, it's just on the bed and under the door. It's a death done for shock value with extra gore added in. This is something a young director would do for his first movie. However, Friday and Nightmare should be above doing it.
