-The show began with Tiffany adressing the trade which was announced on Monday. The promo was rather lackluster, but she covered that the new superstar innitiative was back in status, as inconspicuous by the next match. -Shelton Benjamin vs. Yoshi Toutsu
-So we started with a funny promo from Benjamin, teasing the young asian star from Japan. After the promo, which was a pretty damn good display of charisma from Benjamin, he continued to taunt Toutsu with asian stereotypes. Benjamin decided to make one last insult before finishing, tauntingly bowing to Toutsu. This led to a swift kick across Benjamin's head, putgting him down for the 1-2-3 and the crowd was fucking high for this guy. Like, wow he was over. Hopefully this continues, and we see Benjamin tkaing a more serious attempt next week, so we can see his wrestling ability. But wow, the pop was huge. -Abraham Washington's Talk Show
-You get it!?! Like Abraham Lincoln.....and George Washington!?!?! My GOD this was horrible. It was like a bad comedian. I don't know if it was supposed to be like that or what. His voice was annoying, his punchline-esque attempt at humor was pathetic. Unfortunately, I can see the entire internet jumping on his dick. Almost as bad as him was WWE memory loss, in both of the Bellas supposedley never breaking apart in the first place. -Sheamus O'Seanousy vs. Oliver John
-MARK THE FUCK OUT. He started with a decent short promo, but I promise, they get better. The match was basically a competetive squash, with Oliver John getting a small come back and little offense, but most of the match belonged to Sheamus. It was some okay wrestling, but not enough to show anything special. Sheamus won with an elivated Urinagi/Sidewalk Slam. -Regal/Vladmir promo
-This was short and sweet. Regal tried to make sure that Kozlof remembered their strategy so as to make sure Regal wasn't emarrased on his first night. Kozlof said he understood, and that he was going to embarass Regal. It was good and watchable, something just to hold us over until the main event and keep us interested. It did just that. I'm hoping that Regal isn't actually embarassed, and that he is actually legit on ECW. -Tyler Rex/Zach Ryder promo
-Another typical ECW short promo, but it was to mainly introduce Tyler Rex and to announce a match between Rex and Ryder on Superstars on Thursday. Rex was decent on the mic from what he showed. He appears to have some sort of hippy gimmick. Hopefully its not too over the top. -Dreamer/Christian promo
-Another short promo. Dreamer asked Christian if he was ready, Christian said yes, but looked bothered by something. Dreamer reacted hostil, but Christian assured him it was just that he promised his fans when he rebuted in that very building he'd be ECW Champion. There was a little bit of humor in it, but it was mostly to further the Christian/Dreamer feud. It was pretty good. -Dreamer/Christian vs. Regal/Kozlof
-The crowd was generally hot during this show, but not so much for Kozlof, nor Regal for that matter. Not a lot of heat either. Crowd was big for Dreamer, but even bigger for Christian of course. Regal and Cage started with a lot of chaining going on. Typical greatness from both Regal and Christian. Notable awesome commentary and impressive facts from Matt Striker during the match. Kozlof was tagged in and dominated Christian for a short time, until he got the tag to Dreamer. Dreamer and Kozlof went back and forth, about even, with a not so chain or technical style, but it was good none the less. Christian was tagged back in moments before the commercial break. As we came back, Dreamer and Regal were back in with Regal dominated Dreamer, keeping him grounded. Kozlof back in sees more dominance, much more roughly. Regal in again, as the two maintain and icolate Dreamer. Dreamer comes back very quickly though, and makes a hot tag to Christian, who keeps the fire and unloads on Regal, hitting a high missile Dropkick. Kozlof makes the tag as Regal/Christian draw a stale mate and Christian is unable to make a tag in time. Kozlof takes advantage and dominates Christian some more. Keeping the icolation going, Regal makes a tag. Regal keeps on Christian, even snapping a sweet looking Arm Drag until Kozlof makes the tag again and continues to ground Christian. Christian nearly makes a come back but Kozlof stops ity with some Headbutts to his shoulder and Tags Regal back in. As Regal has the Wrist Lock, Christian almost makes the Tag but Regal is able to stop it. Around this time, the crowd is hot for Regal as he obsorbs some major heat. Soon there is a double tag and Dreamer and Kozlof are back in. Dreamer takes the early advantage, but they got back and forth. Christian and Regal head off the apron to the outside. As the fight inside the ring continues, Christian is taken out and Regal tags back in. Regal/Dreamer go back and forth, with Regal finally getting the better of it, hitting an Exploder Suplex, but Kozlof tags ihmself in. Kozlof finishes Dreamer, but the bigger story of the Kozlof/Regal def. Christian/Dreamer is Regal being upset that he had Dreamer finished and Kozlof stealing the thunder. They played it off with Regal hiding it, but being obviously upset. It looks like there is a feud in the making. -Overall
-Over all, this was a very good ECW, I think. A lot different from the normal show we get. It had a lot less wrestling and a lot more entertainment, which is fine because we're introducing more characters on this show. It makes sense. I feel as though they did a good job in introducing 4 new superstars today, and didn't overwhelm us. The one real match we did get was right on the dot. Plenty full of action, but also furthering/creating two feuds in Dreamer/Christian and Kozlof/Regal. The other two matches were rather squashes but they at least served a purpose in introducing a new wrestler. I'll give this show a 7.5/10. It was very good, but not great. Hopefully next week we get a little more wrestling to get to know the wrestlers a little bet. I should add an extra .5 just for the debut of Sheamus, but all is well.
