Foley has just made TNA worse, and it was really shitty before he arroved anyway.
That may be true but despite that I'd say he has made the product more entertaining. His backstage segments are usually good and its another big name associated with the TNA product. Again its back to the age old TNA debate of star power and whether stars are worth signing just for the sake of having a big name and drawing ratings. I think Foley is a lot more than just a name. He works hard, is good on the mic, is entertaining and is a good guy to associate with the product. I admit he hasn't done much in the ring but he wouldn't really be expected to. As an authority figure he has been entertaining, to me at least.

Signings like his will raise awareness and create interest in the product. Signing a few "has-beens" is ok if they can still add something and have enough name value to justify it. It's when they sign a "never was" like Stevie that I get annoyed.

And Necro, just for the record, Daniels isn't young himself.
