What is one thing you could change about present day pro wrestling? |
Only one thing? I'd make the titles mean something again. Ultimately, any wrestler's goal should be one thing-to win the championship. If you're not trying to win the belt, what reason would you have for putting on tights, getting in the ring, and getting beaten up every week?
Too many belts that ultimately mean very little. The days of multi-year title reigns are a thing of the past, and that makes me a little sad. I know, realistically, nobody's going to have a run like Bruno did from '63-'71, but it would be nice to see a champion (and I'm pretty much talking WWE here) hold a belt for more than a month at a time.

Meaner than a rattlesnake, tougher than shoe leather, more dangerous than a hollowed-eyed scorpion, middle-aged and crazy, crazy like a fox.
