I agree with this. A character is what makes a wrestler watchable, they have to tell a story while putting on a match. I think Melina is very bland when it comes to her gimmick and character. Michelle at least shows her heel personality. Usually Melina is carried throughout the match and then
in the last couple of mins, she hits her finisher and picks up the win. Now I ask, what is so interesting about this? Michelle, during a match mocks the crowd and yells at them and does her heel job. That's what makes her interesting to watch, rather than watching a stale Melina in the ring just getting carried. And like Roxy said, all melina has done is return, win the title and leave, nothing special.

So yeah, Melina doesn't have much character to her, and her return wasn't an advancement to her character either. Melina just came back, won the womens title, and there where no reasons to be on her side. And she promos once every blue moon. That and Melina is just as bland as every other face Diva. |
