The future of gaming SUCKS!

When I think of video games, this is the image the comes into my head.

However, after E3 and many other gaming media sessions, it would seem this is becoming the future of gaming.

Now I have nothing against trying to get people active, but I play games to relax. The last thing I want is to spend 8-12 hours at work, and then come home and then get a cardio work out from gaming. Now it seems that Playstation and Xbox are moving into the motion capturing just like Wii. What ever happened to the good old days of button mashing and games that didnt require an epic storyline? I miss the days of relaxing and delving into a game that you could just pick up and play.

Anyone with me?
