Sky are in negotiations with Virgin Media to buy Bravo, so I'm not sure if Virgin would negotiate a deal with the UFC and then sell the channel?

Best bet is that it's going to be on Virgin 1 for a time being, before Virgin sets up it's own Sports channel in the UK, since there is a lot of sports rights up for sale at the moment.
