It is a very big thing indeed. Iranians are fighting for themselves and earning change. Even if they fail, the seeds of change will now be imbredded in them, so that there is either another violent revolution or a silent one (as seen in China since Tiamanen Square (sp?)).
If you research the history of Iran, you will see that the Islamic Revolution was a surprise to many. It was successful, because the people fought for it. |
