They reviewed Kofi's U.S. Title win from Raw as Kingston came to the ring. Regal, Hardy, then MVP made their entrances after the champion. Hardy and Regal talked to each other as the bell rang, then Regal shoved Hardy into Kofi and MVP. They knocked Hardy down, then went after Regal. Winner: Kofi Kingston.

They showed that earlier today, Josh Mathews went to Big Show's bus to ask what his strategy was tonight. Show said Cena needed strategy, since he was unable to put the STF on him. Show said he would embarrass Cena tonight, saying the beating would be worse than when he threw Cena into a spotlight at Backlash.

They recapped the great Jericho-Mysterio sneak attack angle from two weeks ago.

Intercontinental Champion Rey Mysterio vs. Chris Jericho in a No Holds Barred match.

Chris Jericho's music hit, but instead of coming out via the ramp, they went to Chris Jericho at a merchandise stand. Jericho ripped on Mysterio for "encouraging fans" to play into his "deception" by buying masks. Jericho walked down the stand to the ring, cutting his promo on Mysterio while also yelling at any fan who tried to touch him. Jericho said he would make the masks the fans buy "even more worthless" by ripping apart Rey's mask tonight while going on to become a nine-time Intercontinental Champion.

Rey tackled Jericho at the bell and kicked him to the floor. Rey stomped Jericho on the outside and rammed him into the announce table, then ripping the lid off the Raw table and hit Jericho with it. Jericho fell down, and Rey dropkicked him in the face. Jericho elbowed Rey in the gut, then rammed Rey into the security wall. Jericho whipped Rey into the steps, but Rey flipped over them, then dropkicked the steps into the legs of an advancing Jericho. Rey hit a kick to the leg, then rammed Jericho head first into the ring steps. Rey tossed Jericho into the security wall, then got on the apron and jumped off, giving Jericho a rana on the floor.

Mysterio tossed Jericho back into the ring and hit a slingshot legdrop to the back of the head for a two count. Jericho kicked Rey in the gut and dropped him gut first across the top rope. Jericho kicked Rey in the ribs, then gave him a catapult into the bottom rope for a two count. Jericho kicked and choked Mysterio in a corner, then whipped him across the ring. Rey floated to the apron and kicked Jericho, then went to the top rope, only for Jericho to crotch him. Rey fell to the apron, where Jericho stomped him. Jericho went for his inside-out springboard, but Rey caught him with a kick from the apron. Jericho went to the floor, then got back on the apron. Rey swung around the ringpost, going from one apron to another, to hit a 619-like kick to the chest. Jericho fell to the floor, and Rey Mysterio went to the top rope and hit a bodypress on the floor.

Rey rolled Jericho back in and hit a springboard splash for a two count, then set up Jericho for a 619. Jericho got up as Rey ran the ropes and the two collided. Jericho went for a slam, but Rey floated over and hit some leg kicks. Rey went for a bodyscissors bulldog, but Jericho blocked it. Rey went into a Victory Roll as a counter, but Jericho reversed it for a two of his own. Jericho went for a sunset flip, Rey rolled through and went for a dropkick, but Jericho caught it and went for Walls Of Jericho, but Rey turned it into a small package for a two count. Rey kicked Jericho in the head, but ran the ropes and Jericho nailed him with a clothesline for a two count.

Jericho slid Mysterio out of the ring and to the floor, where he landed with a thud. Jericho punched Rey on the floor, then dropped him face first on the Raw table lid that had been pulled off earlier. Jericho rolled Rey into the ring for a two count. Jericho applied a sleeper variation, then went after the mask, pulling a lot of it off, before Rey broke free with a kick. Rey dodged a charging Jericho, who went full speed into the ringpost and through the ropes to the floor. Mysterio then nailed Jericho with a tope through the ropes. Rey tossed Jericho in the ring and hit a springboard senton, a tilt-a-whirl headscissors, then a rana, and scored a two count. Rey set up Jericho for the 619, but Jericho caught Rey and gave him a spinning Torture Rack before dropping down with it, then covering Rey for a two count.

Jericho went for the mask again, but Rey hit him in the gut. Rey went for a rana, but Jericho powerbombed him. Jericho went for a Lionsault, but Rey moved. Jericho hit the mat, got up and slumped against the ropes. Rey went for a 619, hitting Jericho in the back of the head. Rey went for a springboard, but Jericho caught him in mid-air with the Codebreaker. Rey kicked out at two, and Jericho was stunned. Jericho went to the floor for a chair, but as he got in the ring with it, Mysterio dropkicked the chair into Jericho for a two count.

Mysterio gave Jericho the old Arabian Facebuster with the chair for another two count. Rey set up the chair in a corner, and when Jericho approached him, Rey gave him a drop toe hold into the chair. Rey then went for a jump off the chair, but Jericho caught him and put him in the Walls Of Jericho. Rey grabbed the chair, twisted under Jericho in the hold, and hit him with the chair in the head. Jericho slumped into the ropes. Rey went for a 619, but Jericho grabbed Rey's head and yanked off the mask. Rey covered his face with his hands, and Jericho rolled up Rey from behind for the pin at the 15 minute mark.

Winner and new Intercontinental Champion: Chris Jericho.

Jericho posed with the title belt and Rey's mask.

Josh Mathews interviewed Batista, and they reviewed the Randy Orton-Ric Flair street fight from this past Monday. Batista said that he was going to make Orton "pay" for kicking Flair's head. Batista said he was going to take Orton's title, pride, dignity, health and that he was not going to stop until he wipes out his "entire Legacy."

CM Punk vs. Umaga in a Samoan Strap match.

The match is being held under traditional "touch all four corners in succession" strap match rules. They had a cool graphic to show who had touched corners. Punk charged Umaga, and Umaga quickly took him down with an elbow. Umaga went for a corner, but Punk attacked with a jumping knee and some shots, then tried to touch corners, but Umaga yanked him over with the strap and hit a Samoan Drop. Umaga then whipped Punk with the strap repeatedly. Umaga hit a diving headbutt, then yanked Punk across the mat, stood on the floor, and used the strap to yank Punk's shoulder against the ringpost. Umaga slammed Punk's arm against the ring steps twice and returned to the ring.

Umaga dropped Punk across the top rope gut first, then superkicked him off the apron and to the floor. Umaga started touching corners, with Punk on the floor and the strap going over the top rope. Umaga had trouble reaching three, and went towards Punk. Punk hit a kick to the head from the apron, then a springboard clothesline. Punk called for the GTS, but Umaga slid off and hit a spin kick. Umaga missed an avalanche, and Punk yanked the strap between Umaga's legs. Umaga fell to the floor in pain, and Punk used the strap to pull Umaga into the ringpost. Back in the ring, Punk hit a running knee and a bulldog, then touched three corners. Umaga pulled Punk towards him with the strap and hit a spinning side slam.

Umaga touched three corners, but Punk clung to the ring ropes so Umaga could not get to the fourth. Umaga charged Punk, who ducked and sent Umaga over the top rope and to the floor. Punk touched two corners with Umaga on the floor, and managed to reach the third. Umaga yanked the strap to pull Punk down and stop his momentum. From the apron, Umaga hit a thrust chop to the throat. Umaga went to the top rope, but Punk pulled him down with the strap, almost like an extended armdrag. Punk touched three corners, but Umaga pulled on the strap to stop him on his way to the fourth. Umaga pulled himself closer and closer with the strap, and went for the Samoan Spike, but Punk ducked it, hit the GTS on Umaga, and touched the fourth corner for the win at the nine minute mark.

Winner: CM Punk.

Gregory Helms interviewed Christian. Christian talked about how if he wins tonight, he ends the career of Tommy Dreamer. Christian acted like he was in deep thought about it, and then said "I'm sure going to miss him" and cracked some jokes about Dreamer, saying his body looks like a melted candle. Christian then said he hoped he and Dreamer could still be friends, but he was keeping the ECW Title. Dreamer entered, cracking on Christian, saying if he was the candle, Christian had the body of a wick, and the two argued. Jack Swagger entered, and was about to start talking, but Christian and Dreamer just walked away from him, ignoring him.

ECW Champion Christian vs. Jack Swagger vs. Tommy Dreamer in an Extreme Rules match.

They did the "big match" intros for this bout after all the entrances were done. Christian and Dreamer advanced on Swagger at the start, with Dreamer chasing Swagger around the ring and getting caught with a Swagger kick on the way in. Christian hit Swagger with shots, but Swagger slammed him down. Swagger tossed Christian from the ring and backdropped Dreamer, who fell to the floor. Dreamer and Christian went under the ring and pulled out weapons. There was an "ECW" chant. Dreamer hit Swagger with a Singapore Cane and Christian hit him with a trash can lid. They took turns hitting him, and Dreamer hit the old Sandman White Russian Legsweep on Swagger, but Christian broke up the cover. Christian and Dreamer traded weapons shots, and Dreamer gave Christian a suplex using the cane.

Christian rolled to the floor and Swagger attacked Dreamer, ramming him into a corner and hitting punches and kicks. Swagger went for a trash can lid shot, but Swagger got backdropped over the top rope by Dreamer. Dreamer took a trash can on the apron, and hit a somersault off the apron into Christian and Swagger with the trash can across his back. Dreamer tossed Swagger back in the ring and hit a second rope cane clothesline. Dreamer put Swagger in the Tree Of Woe, then put a trash can in front of his face. Dreamer set up for the baseball slide kick, but Christian tripped him. Christian then did the baseball slide kick into the trash can, into Swagger. Christian and Dreamer traded shots, and Christian kicked Dreamer from the ring.

Swagger hit Christian several times with the Singapore Cane, then hit a belly to belly suplex for a two count. Swagger hit a gutbuster, then a Gorilla Press slam for a two count. Swagger went to pull off a turnbuckle cover, but as he did, Dreamer hit him with a cane from the floor. Christian went to cover Swagger, but Dreamer hit Christian with a trash can lid. Dreamer slammed Christian on a trash can lid, but missed a second rope elbowdrop. The fans wanted tables. Christian went for a dive from the ring on Swagger, who caught him with a trash can. Dreamer tossed more weapons into the ring, and Swagger got in and picked up a trash can lid. Swagger got hit in the gut with a caneshot, but Swagger came back with a belly to belly suplex. Swagger hit Dreamer with a trash can, then lined up three trash cans on the mat. Swagger set up to superplex Dreamer into the trash cans. Christian got in and powerbombed Swagger as he did the superplex. Swagger went into the mat, Dreamer into the trash cans. Christian covered Dreamer for a two count, then Swagger for a two count.

Christian went to the floor and got a wooden crutch. Christian went to the top rope, but as he came off, Swagger caught him with a kick to the gut. Swagger grabbed the crutch and swung, but Christian ducked it. Christian went for the Killswitch, but Swagger blocked it and rammed Christian into the turnbuckle that has been exposed earlier. Swagger went for a powerbomb on Christian, but Dreamer hit Swagger in the gut with the crutch as he lifted him. Dreamer broke the crutch across Swagger's back, and DDT'd Swagger for the three count at the nine minute mark.

Winner and new ECW Champion: Tommy Dreamer.

Dreamer went into the crowd and celebrated with the fans.

Backstage, Vickie Guerrero, in an evening gown, was warming up by throwing punches into Chavo Guerrero's hands. Chavo was wearing a pig nose, and making pig noses to motivate her. Vickie punched Chavo in the nose when he seemed to be enjoying the noises too much.

Miss Wrestlemania Vickie Guerrero vs. Santina Marella in a Hog Pen Match.

Jerry Lawler, wearing rubber boots, stood in the hog pen to hype the match. There seems to be two fences areas, one with pigs, and one with just mud and slop buckets. Lawler handled introductions for the match as well. The referee had rubber pants on. Vickie was accompanied by Chavo for the match. Vickie was still wearing an evening gown, but she did have sneakers on. Jerry Lawler asked Vickie how she got herself into "this mess", since she is the General Manager of Raw. Vickie said she was making it a handicap match, and Chavo was joining her. Chavo protested, but Vickie ordered Chavo in there. Chavo, in street clothes, took off his shoes and got in the pen in his socks.

They rank the bell, and Santina threw mud at Chavo. Chavo slugged Santina and kicked "her" down. Chavo rubbed mud in her face, then went for a powerbomb, but Santina backdropped Chavo into the mud. Chavo kicked Santina in the gut and threw some slop at her. Chavo tried to flip Santina into the pen with the pigs, but Santina blocked it and threw Chavo in. All the pigs ran away from Chavo, but Chavo still acted like they were coming after him. Chavo jumped back into the mud pen, and Santina cradled him for a two count. Chavo kicked Santina and beat her down. Chavo then tagged in Vickie who entered the pen to kick Santina. Santina popped up and grabbed a slop bucket. Vickie screamed. Chavo got back in and picked up another bucket. Chavo threw the slop at Santina, who ducked and it nailed Vickie. Santina then put another bucket on Chavo's head. Santina then knocked down Vickie and covered her for the pin in the mud at the four minute mark.

Winner and new Miss Wrestlemania: Santina Marella.

A mud-covered Santina was given the Miss Wrestlemania crown. In the hog pen, Vickie kept shoving Chavo, who was apologizing in the mud, the two rolling around in it at one point.

They showed the events leading to the WWE Title match.

Backstage, Chavo was still apologizing to Vickie, who was upset over losing her crown. Chavo said he would be able to win in a regular match. Hornswoggle and Goldust approached them, with Hornswoggle laughing. Goldust asked Vickie if she could sign some expense reports, then said they smelled like "shi-sh-shi-shitake mushrooms" and told Hornswoggle not to touch since it was "poo-poo-poo-pig poop". Vickie and Chavo entered their dressing room, and Edge was sitting on the couch. He noted how two months apart and look at them. Edge ordered Chavo out, saying he needed to work on strategy for his title match with his wife Vickie. Vickie said Edge wasn't there for him, so she wasn't going to send any Raw stars out to help Edge tonight. Edge said Vickie would be nothing without him, and the two argued. Edge said Vickie needed to get a good divorce lawyer, because after he finishes off Jeff Hardy, he is ending their "sham" of a marriage. Edge stomped off, and Vickie, covered in mud, slumped on the couch upset.

WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Batista in a Steel Cage match.

You can win by pinfall, submission, or escaping the cage through the door or over the top. Randy Orton started climbing the cage at the bell, getting most of his body over the top before Batista pulled him back in. Batista hit punches on the top rope and rammed Orton into the cage, sending him crashing to the mat. Batista put Orton in the corner and hit shoulderblocks. Orton got caught between the ropes and the cage walls, and Batista hit a pair of spears. On the third one, Orton leapfrogged it and Batista ran into the cage. Orton went to escape again, but Batista pulled him down and hit a clothesline and a vertical suplex for a two count.

Batista pushed Orton's head into the cage wall, then went for a backdrop, but Orton kicked it away. Orton went for the door, but Batista pulled him back in and punched him. Batista hit a clothesline in the corner, then whipped Orton across the ring and hit another one. Orton floated over a slam attempt, rammed Batista into the cage and hit a side backbreaker. Orton crawled out the door, but Batista grabbed his foot and pulled him back in. Batista rammed Orton into the cage walls, hitting all four sides, then powerslammed him for a two count. Orton came back with punches and kicks, stomping Batista down in a corner. Orton went for a whip, but Batista reversed it and hit a spinebuster. Batista called for the Batista Bomb. Orton backdropped Batista into the cage as he set up for it.

Batista stood up on the apron, and Orton dropkicked Batista's head into the cage. Randy Orton started to climb out, but then stopped and got back in the ring. Orton lined up for the punt, but missed as Batista moved. After missing the kick, Orton quickly went to climb out the cage, but Batista went to pull him off with a powerbomb. Orton held onto the cage, then escaped with punches. Orton went for an RKO, but Batista shoved Orton into the cage and hit a Batista Bomb for the pin at the seven minute mark.

Winner and new WWE Champion: Batista.

As Batista left the cage, he looked in the camera, held up the belt and said "For you Ric!"

A very serious looking John Cena was shown getting ready for his match in the back. The events leading to the Submission Match was shown.

John Cena vs. Big Show in a Submission match.

Show threw jabs in the air at the start, and Cena threw and connected with leg kicks until Show caught one and hit a clothesline. Show went for the camel clutch, but Cena slid out behind him and went for the STF, but Show was too big, so Cena backed off. Show smiled as he got up. Cena kicked the leg again, got caught again, but this time dodged the clothesline. Cena threw some body blows, then bounced off the ropes and got caught with a Big Show kick. Show punched Cena in the gut twice, doubling him over. Show put Cena in a corner, then hit an avalanche. Cena crumbled to the match. Show said "You didn't think this was going to be easy, did you?" and tossed him into a corner. Show missed an avalanche and Cena went for a bulldog, but Show shoved Cena out of the ring.

Show rammed Cena gut first into the ringpost. Show punched Cena in the gut as he got back in the ring, then headbutted him. Show went to tie Cena's arms in the ropes, but Cena started throwing punches to get away. Cena went for a shoulderblock, but bounced off of Show. Show punched Cena in the gut, and said "I can last all day. I'm going to break you, you know this" and headbutted him. Show applied a full nelson, but never got his fingers locked, a Cena strained to block it. Cena powered out of it, but Show headbutted Cena in the back. Show ran into a Cena kick, and Cena jumped on Show's back with a chinlock. Show went down to one knee, but then armdragged out of it. Show kicked Cena in the gut and gave him a reverse powerbomb. Both men were down on the mat, with Show getting up first.

Show dropped his weight on Cena by the ropes, driving his rear end into Cena's side. Show put Cena in a corner and chopped him. Cena tried to fire off some shots, but Show hammered him to the mat. Show punched Cena in the gut, then hit a vertical suplex. Show stood on Cena's mid section. Show choked Cena with the ropes, but Cena escaped, only to be knocked back down to the mat. Show stepped on Cena again, then went for the middle rope V-Bomb. Cena rolled out of the way, then went to slam Show, only to collapse under the weight. Show locked in a head and arm choke as he was on top of Cena.

Cena fought out of the hold and Show went for a chokeslam, which Cena blocked, and Show instead shoved Cena over the top rope and to the floor. Back in the ring, Show applied an abdominal stretch, then added in a body claw as well at one point. Cena powered out of the move, but Show grabbed him by the throat for a chokeslam. Cena blocked the chokeslam and hit a DDT. Cena went for the STF, but Show kicked Cena off, sending him through the ropes and to the floor. Show pulled Cena up to the apron but the head, but Cena kicked Show from the apron, then went to the top rope. Cena jumped into a Big Show bear hug, but Cena punched out of it and poked Show in the eyes to escape. Cena gave Show the Throwback, then did the "You Can't See Me" gesture and hit the Five Knuckle Shuffle fistdrop. Show got right up and went to chokeslam Cena, but Cena floated out of it and gave Show the Attitude Adjustment. Cena went for the STF, but Show elbowed it away.

Show decked Cena with a right hand, and Cena fell to the floor. Show went outside and picked Cena up off the mat for a slam, but Cena floated over him and rammed Show headfirst into the ringpost. Both men crawled into the ring, and Cena went to the top rope and nailed Show with a legdrop to the back of the head. Cena tied Show's leg in the bottom and middle rope, then applied a crossface to Big Show. They made it seem like it was an STF because the leg was locked in the ropes. Show tapped out at the 19-minute mark.

Winner: John Cena.

The events leading to the main event were shown.

World Champion Edge vs. Jeff Hardy in a Ladder match.

Ladders all around the ring and up the aisle, including two ridiculously tall ladders on the stage. The belt was already hung above the ring before Edge came out. No facepaint for Hardy tonight, and he purposely walked under ladders as he came out.

They locked up and Edge hit a right hand in the corner. Hardy leapfrogged Edge after a whip by Edge and hit a clothesline. Jeff rammed Edge into a corner and kicked him repeatedly. Jeff slammed Edge, then hit a legdrop. Edge came back with a knee to Hardy's gut, then delivered an elbow to the back of the head. Edge hit Hardy with a shoulderblock in a corner, then went for an Implant DDT, but Hardy blocked it and hit a gourdbuster. Hardy rolled out of the ring and went for a ladder, but Edge hit him with a baseball slide kick, knocking the ladder into Hardy. Hardy came back with a forearm as Edge was getting a ladder, and both returned to the ring with no ladder (although one was now leaning against the ring). Edge charged Hardy, and Jeff backdropped Edge out of the ring. Edge collided chest first with the ladder that was leaning against the ring. Jeff pulled the ladder in and started to climb.

Edge pulled Hardy off the ladder and rammed him into it. Edge went for a Hot Shot into the ladder, and Hardy got tangled in the ladder, bending it as he crashed into the mat. Edge tossed the bent ladder and got another one. Edge propped the ladder in a corner and whipped Hardy into it. Edge rammed Hardy into the ladder, then went for a spear, but Hardy leapfrogged him and Edge ran into the ladder. Hardy put the ladder in front of Edge in a corner, then hit the elevated kick into it. Hardy tossed Edge into the ladder, then went for a baseball slide kick, but Edge moved and Hardy crashed into the ladder. Edge put Hardy's leg between the halves of the ladder and rammed the top half down on it. Edge then pulled Hardy so his torso was trapped in the ladder, and applied a Sharpshooter. Hardy tapped, but there are no submissions in a ladder match.

Edge tossed Hardy to the floor, and Jeff clutched his leg. Edge set up the ladder and began to climb, but Jeff went to the top rope and dropkicked the ladder, sending Edge crashing to the mat. Hardy put the open ladder, upside down, against the ropes. He picked up Edge for a suplex, then dropped him gut first across the supports of the ladder, causing the ladder to close on Edge as he hit them. Hardy went to the floor and brought in a bigger ladder. I mean, a HUGE ladder. Jeff gave Edge a Twist Of Fate, then climbed the ladder, which was far away from the title belt. Edge rolled away from the ladder. Hardy tipped the ladder and jumped onto the cable holding the title belt as the ladder fell. Edge grabbed Jeff's legs and pulled Hardy down to the mat before Jeff could grab the title belt. Hardy hit the ladder on the mat when he landed.

Edge set up the ladder in the corner, but Hardy rammed Edge into it, then climbed halfway up the ladder and hit the Whisper In The Wind. Hardy pulled another ladder into the ring. Hardy set up this ladder closer to the title belt. Edge got up, and Hardy clotheslined him, both men tumbling to the floor. Edge hit a running kick on the outside. Edge bridged a ladder between the ring apron and security wall. Edge went for a suplex, but Hardy blocked it and rammed Edge into the security wall. Hardy threw a ladder into Edge at ringside. Hardy set up the ringsteps and went to whip Edge, but Edge reversed the whip and sent Hardy into the steps. Edge threw Hardy into the security wall and a ladder. Edge grabbed the steps, but Hardy tripped Edge into them. Hardy then used the steps to launch off, hooking Edge's head and ramming him into the security wall.

Hardy put Edge on the ladder that was bridged at ringside, then set up a huge ladder, fairly far away. Hardy climbed up, but Edge rolled off and climbed up the other side. They fought on top of the ladder, which toppled, and both Edge and Hardy crashed through the bridged ladder, breaking it in half. Referees checked on both men. Hardy clutched his shoulder, which didn't hit the ladder, but bounced off the floor upon landing. They got back in the ring and slugged it out, with Jeff Hardy knocking Edge into a referee. Hardy climbed the ladder under the belt, while Edge climbed the one in the corner. Edge jumped off the ladder, looking to spear Hardy off the ladder, but Hardy caught him with a Twist Of Fate off the ladder as he attempted the move.

Jeff Hardy climbed the ladder, but Edge climbed the other side and knocked Jeff down. Jeff reached between the halves of the ladder and yanked both of Edge's legs though the space between two ladder rungs. Hardy kept pulling, so Edge's body was wedged between the rungs, his legs dangling between the ladder. Edge was trapped, and Hardy climbed the ladder and grabbed the title belt at the 21-minute mark.

Winner and new World Heavyweight Champion: Jeff Hardy.

Jim Ross entered the ring to interview Jeff Hardy, when CM Punk's music hit. Mixed reaction to Punk coming out. Punk ran out, gave the Money In The Bank briefcase to a referee, and the bell was rung. Punk grabbed Hardy and gave him a GTS. Hardy kicked out at the two count. Punk grabbed Hardy for a second, but Jeff rolled Punk into a small package for a one count. Punk kicked Hardy in the head, delivered a second GTS, and hooked both of Punk's legs for the pin at under a minute.

Winner and new World Heavyweight Champion: CM Punk.

The show ended with CM Punk celebrating with the World Title, while a referee attended to Jeff Hardy in the ring.
