I really don't think they
can trademark Mr. Anderson, as it's already very very well established in the Matrix series. Not sure how long Kennedy has been wrestling, but if they had it trademarked, I'm sure it wouldn't have been used as much as it was.

Yeah, he's really
not that good on the mic, he's just very annoying, and very loud.
I don't see what the deal is with him anyways, why so many people are fascinated with someone who's so overpromoted here. He can barely wrestle, and his demeanor really isn't all that good.
