The Rock vs Steve Austin was damn near perfect. The culmination of a six year feud at the biggest show of the year. Having Rock finally beat Austin was the last accomplishment that Rocky needed to fulfill. With the exception of Benoit vs Angle, I can't think of any WWE match in 2003 that could compare to that match.

While very good, I do feel as if Jericho vs Michaels is a bit overrated. If it wasn't for the fact that 2003 was a horrible year, it wouldn't have been a MOTYC.
