| The Only Good Thing About TNA Right Now...... is their very healthy tag team division.
Face it. In the WWE, and even in indie feds like ROH, are struggling to keep their tag team divisions alive. WWE has just seemed to neglect it after unifying the belts and splitting up teams. ROH has Steenerico and American Wolves (and Stevens/Albright, I guess), hoping to get more depth.
Right now, and because of the recent tournament, it seems like tag team wrestling, a great tradition and match type, is now in the hands of TNA. They are the beacon of light for tag wrestling. With already well established teams like Team 3D, LAX, and Motor City Machine Guns, they've now boosted their surgence of teams with picking up No Limit, getting Brutus and Doug Williams as the British Invasion, two people who I thought were going to be World Champions as Beer Money, and Lethal Consequences, not to mention stables that could easily work as tag teams and new possible teams forming like Holliday and a returning Cade. They even put out a DVD about their tag teams. Some of these teams might get clustered in the mist or mis-booked, but it adds to their pros of a healty tag division.
I give TNA kudos for this. I have always thought of tag team wrestling as a very important standard in professional wrestling and it sucks that it has been mistreated as of late. I .....thank....TNA for keeping a tag division alive right now.
Thoughts?
