Hi Guys,

Just out of curiousity, who do you think would win in a fictional wrestling/MMA match between Olympic swimmer Mikey Phelps and Nascar driver Carl Edwards ? How do you think the contest would go ? Here's some stats on these guys :

Michael is about 23 years old, 6'4" tall, weighs about 195 lbs. (his weight fluctuates between 185 - 200 lbs.). He's been a champion swimmer since his teens, won 14 Olympic gold-medals ( 8 in 2008 ), he's got powerful arms & legs, and when he was in the Olympic swimming competitions you could see him propelling himself through the water with his massive quads (thighs). He's got a long, lean, muscled torso.

Carl is about 29 years old, 6'1" tall, weighs about 185 lbs. He's been a Nascar racer for several years with quite a few wins. When he wins a race he has a trademark move where he climbs up on the side of his car, balances himself on the window, and does a backflip off of it, so he's obviously got some athletic & gymnastic ability.

Both of these guys are in real good shape & work out. They're both in the newspaper sports pages & all over the internet and television, they both seek out publicity, have sponsors, and do TV commercials. Which one do you think could take the other in a wrestling match ?
