| Im a firm believer that the mystique surrounding The Exorcist has somehow diminished its shock value. It was banned for years for its subject matter and was talked about for decades.. People who havent seen it yet and want to see it have this picture in their minds that its going to be one of the most terrifying experiences in cinema history.. and will no doubt be a little let down when they get around to seeing it.
Personally i found The Exorcist III to be a much better film. |
