If promos wern't so heavily scripted and WWE's product wasn't so heavily marketed towards children, John Cena would definitely be in Rock's league. If The Rock was around in this era his promos would probably sound a lot like Cena's. WWE just suffocate guys with their over-scripting and the fact that they're not allowed to say anything edgy, which The Rock did all the time.
